In the south of green and hilly Ardèche, on the outskirts of a hamlet surrounded by nature, between the forested lands of the Barès Estate and the volcanic plateau of Coiron, the house is 17 km from the flowery city of Montélimar, the capital of nougat, and 15 km from Privas, known for its glazed chestnuts and its historical and religious heritage.

It is a 250-square meter independent house on private grounds of 1 Ha, with a landscaped lawn, terrace, vine harbour, brick barbecue and large private pool with a panoramic view. The five rooms can house 11 people all year long. You can spend comfortable winters around its chimney and stove, while summer can be enjoyed to its fullest by the pool and on the terrace, which has a full southern exposure. 
The inside is spacious, well lit and comfortable, the interior decoration is an original and easy mix of contemporary and country styles.
